I’ve thought about opening my own business for a long time now. To create and start something new and exciting. But what has held me back, I often wonder that question. I came to realize the only thing holding me back was myself. Questions and feelings of doubt held me back. Could I do it on my own and would it be successful? Fear tried to sneak its way in too. But I am confident and proud to say that I’ve overcome that fear and proud to say I’m starting my own business called Vital At Last!
I have been working in an outpatient orthopedic setting for 8 years. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive training in manual skills to help mobilize the entire body to improve its function. I have learned under some of the best physical therapists and have developed a unique skill set to help get people out of muscle and joint pain.
I believe in giving people the highest quality of patient care. That involves longer sessions, focused one on one treatments, and the opportunity to spend a thorough session to get to the root of people’s pain and ailments. Giving you my all with the highest energy possible. No longer will I be seeing 16-20 patients a day, and end the day feeling burnt out. I am here now for you with low back pain and sacral/pelvic pain. Maybe it was just a recent injury or maybe you’ve seen other professionals before but it’s still giving you problems. I am here for you with neck and shoulder pain possibly from working around your home, sleeping wrong or an injury from the past. Possibly you’re one of many working from home and your neck and back are sore and stiff. I enjoy and have a passion for treating all injuries from head to toe and am excited to help you heal faster.
I realized after finally committing to my own business that I am not alone! I have some of the best patients I could have asked for whom I’ve gotten to know. I believe I can make an impact and with the support from my friends and family here comes Vital At Last.
